About Gluck Daniel LLP
Craig Daniel and Matthew Gluck met as law students in 1999. Out of the gate, they joined top-rated firms, honing their craft with complex, high-stakes cases for mid-size and Fortune 500 clients.
In January 2016, Craig and Matt joined forces with one goal: to bring talented lawyers together in a culture defined by teamwork, integrity, creativity, and excellence.
Gluck Daniel's lawyers have years of experience in trials and arbitrations, and they have resolved countless disputes through mediation and negotiations.
A lawyer's most important tool is judgment. Every case starts with unique set of facts, personalities, and client goals. A good lawyer calls on years of experience to find the winning strategy for each unique case. Sometimes that means aggressive lawyering. Other times, creative resolution. Most often, a combination of both.
Gluck Daniel lawyers are engaged in the community. Whether serving on boards or providing pro bono services, we believe in giving back.
The firm is litigation counsel for local organizations including San Francisco AIDS Foundation and OnePurpose School, a free donor-supported public charter school focused on providing an innovative education to San Francisco's highest poverty neighborhoods, in an effort to break the cycle of poverty.
Our lawyers volunteer their time to the legal community and to low-income individuals and nonprofits through the Bar Association of San Francisco.
